It might be better if you work with an "investment" advisor. somebody that specializes in helping those who want to acquire residency in HK thru investments. Is that what you need?

If you are applying for an investment based visa, the first thing that you need to do is to incorporate a company first and then followed by opening a corporate bank account. You don't need to rent an office or hire staff when you apply for the visa. However, you do need to show to the Immigration your intention to do so. Of course, there are other conditions that you would need to fulfil. You can contact A-Swiss Corporate Services Limited's visa and immigration team for more information. Website: www.a-swiss.com
