my Visa is a company sponsored and i am on my 6years this june 2012, and my visa will xpire on May 2013. Can i apply for my PR at this stage?, or is there such a Conditional stay?
any suggestion pls..-tnx.

Nope that's my 3rd Visa in the same Company. oic, so there is no such conditional Stay? I remember my Landlord once told me that i can apply for my PR. eventhough i've not reach the 7 years period for ROA.
