Hi everybody,
I need help because the last year, I have obtain a business visa for my little sole proprietorship business.
Now I'm starting but it's difficult, I haven't rent an bigger office and I haven't employe an assistant because my income it's not enough.
I'm afraid that my business visa it's not reconducted.
Who know what is the criteria for the reconduction?
Who know if I have an other solution ? (I can't find an employer here)
If I move my sole proprietorship company to a limited company, and I name a hong kong resident director, can he employe me and I change my visa for a working visa?

immigration usually asks details of progress of the biz at the first renewal, but everyone knows that this is recession specially for exporters and new business will be facing a difficult time, so they should be lenient...
i would suggest that don't try any other tricks and they can usually figure out that you are trying tricks to stay in HK...

I want to tell you that my business it's not a trick, I have really invested my money for doing this here, I hope my business can grow better, currently I will rent an office and use more money for make ad
