I have been offered a job in HK as a lead IT Architect, and hate the last part when they ask what is your expected salary. I am looking for some expected figures/range for expected salary for an IT Lead Architect in the software industry working for the big blue. I live in New Zealand and the salaries for a lead IT Architect for permanent role is between 130-150K NZD, and much higer rates for contracting role. I am seeking for some advice and figures for similar in HK. Some assistance and salary range in the market in HK would be really appreciated.
