Desparately seeking staff

I have a small business which is expanding and I now need to hire 1 or 2 people for about 18 hours a week to help me with my Admin and direct marketing. I need chinese speakers but i don't know where to find these people or where to put the advert. there must be a community based site I can advertise for these staff- Can anyone recommend one to me? have you had similar experiences and how did you manage?
