I am a UK citizen.

My wife is Hong Kong Chinese

My two month old was born here in Hong Kong.

We are applying for a UK passport.

Some advise we should get a right of abode sticker in her passport.

How to obtain this? Please advise.

Isn't it true that only residents with ROA can obtain a HK passport?

Please also check your child's birth certificate, it should have an ROA indicator/mark in there.

just noticed the heading....forget the my comment about which passport. But anyway, just get the UK passport first then apply for the sticker. My son has his in both of his passports U.K and Filipino.......the consulate don't care if you have ROA here or not!
