Organic farmer offered me some space around few hundreds sq feet in YL, any idea how to make use of it? Instead of growing some vege for myself.
I am thinking more interactive with people who love to grow their own vege but no space at their home and we can share the experience and have fun in this fast speed city.
It is like a organic club, feel free to share yr ideas.

Sell a 2x2 foot square patch of dirt to people, payable on a monthly basis. In exchange, they can monitor their little plants live via streaming web-cam, 24/7. There will also be a robotic water dispenser, lets them control how much or little water they pour. The interface of the app that controls all this will feature temperature, relative humidity, and a bunch of other measurements as well.

Tks, It is good ideas but seems it is difficult for me to install those web-cam and even install robotic water dispenser as there is outdoor area without any security. Everyone can go in... Any more simple way ? Appreicate yr advices.

Build a small lockable shed. Buy lots of rabbits & guineapigs & keep them in there at night. During the daytime, you can invite familes over to pet them. A petting zoo.

The points is you won't make much money with such a small piece of land. This is a hobby. There are plots like elsewhere in HK and people pay a small amount to use them. Some think it is good and start for a couple of weeks but then realise it would be cheaper and more time efficient to buy veggies from the market. If you had this land on a rooftop in Central, then you'd have something
