Hi all, I recently started a job (2 months ago) after being head hunted from my previous job which I had held for 7 months. My new job hasn't turned out to be what I thought it would be and I am not happy.
If I got another job in the near future, it would be my 3rd job in 12 months.
Do you think this would be a problem with moving/getting my work visa?

I would be more worried about your CV than the visa. No job is perfect.

The problem with the job ive just started is not only the job, its the people ive started working with and the work environment/culture. Yes, i realize that for the CV it looks bad to job hop but if I plan on working somewhere for a significant amount of time, I don't want to be dreading work after just 2 months.

Can I ask you - when you changed jobs and applied for transfer of endorsement - did they hold your passport during the application? I have been getting conflicting information about this and need to know - I'm about to switch jobs, but also have travel plans coming up.
