I just received a job offer , and it's stated that I have to do many things like contacting a lawyer firm to process my visa ,
It's an employer who suggested me to contact one famous lawyer firm , and they gave me details
Is it correct that :

Hi,
The employer should do the paperwork for you and pay for it as they are employing you. What's the job?
I wasn't in HK, so my employer (a university) had to arrange things - and of course I had to fill in forms, etc.).
You shouldn't need to pay for a lawyer or arrange this yourself.

What kind of construction job? Management? Is it a big company? Maybe you should contact the Immigration Department.
