IT without a college degree

Hi all, my husband and I are contemplating a move to HK sponsored by my work. My husband has about 12 years experience in IT and Systems Administration, but no degree. Do you guys think that will be a major impediment to him finding work out there?

Not at all, with or without a degree he will be able to find a job. The fact that he has had 12 years of experience says a lot about his capabilities, however you have to prepare yourself that the pay will not be the same. Chances are, is that the pay will be a good 20% lower. Hope that helps
