Do I need to renew my contract

Dear all

My boyfriend (which is my employer) and I are getting married on January next year, the problem is my contract with him will end this coming October. Do I still need to renew my contract even though we're getting married in 3 months? or can I just apply for extension of stay?until we get married and also can I stay in Hong Kong for 3 months as a tourist?
