Its literally impossible if you don't have a degree or if you cannot speak cantonese.

Yes, if you don't have a degree it's gonna be tough unless you have highly specialized experience. But does that mean you don't have any post-secondary education? I've met people who graduated from 1-3 year diploma programs and managed to find work here.
Not being able to speak Cantonese just means you can't pursue the "local" jobs. There are lots of foreign companies who look to hire expats for specific (regional) roles. If anything, Putonghua is more sought after than Cantonese nowadays.
Anyway, I don't know how long you've been at it, but it can take awhile. I've known lots of people who took 6 - 12 months to land an offer.
