Chef Job

Can any one give advice on where to go (online or otherwise) to seek a Head Chef's job at a reputable restaurant/hotel/cafe. So much of what I have been able to find online so far doesn't seem to be quite what we're looking for. To give a rough idea we are coming from a £40,000 per year job in the UK.
