Looking for IT recruiters in Singapore.

I am looking for good recruiters which specialise in IT in Singapore.
My background is in finance but also interested in looking at other industries.

it is now more difficult to get a job in singapore, especially IT
1) the govt is more strict in letting people in due to election difficulties
2) they are pushing for higher wage sectors, hence you need to be a high wage earners to get in
3) their economy is slowing down....
