Hello everyone, just started a new contract and wanted to know if notice period is applicable within the probation period. There are 2 different paragraphs in my contract, one dedicated to probation which is 3 months and another one dedicated to notice which is 2 months.
If I want to quit during 2nd month of probation, am I still required to respect the notice period ? I saw on my friend's contract that notice length is different during probation and after probation.
What law is applicable in my case ?
