Hi all, I am a Canadian new to Hong Kong and I'm interested to get into real estate here as it seems to be a very challenging and lucrative industry to to get into. I used to work as a property manager back home, so I do have some experience. Can anybody share their experiences in the real estate business here and whether it is difficult for expats to get into the business? I am planning to get my EAA license in August.
