Our Director is currently looking for a native English speaker as a "tutor" to improve both his spoken and written English. The reason why I quoted tutor is that he's not looking for typical tutoring sessions-- that'd be too mundane for him. Essentially, he wants someone who can be his buddy and teach him English whenever and wherever. This is a short-term job, probably about 6 months to 1 year.
