Hi, I believe that I fully understand the PR requirements, but to apply and be successful is it necessary for you to be employed? I was working until about 2 months ago, whilst my work visa is valid until Sep 2018, I am concerned that as I am not employed that it will count against me when my application is reviewed. Not sure if this is relevant but I am married to a HK national as well.
Any thoughts?
