I've just published a humorous memoir about my 40-year global advertising career via Amazon Kindle. Quite large portions of the book are about my time in Hong Kong and the heavily disguised people I met while working here.
My problem is despite sending letters, emails and making calls, it seems to be impossible to get any kind of interest from the likes of the SCMP, RTHK or The Standard.
Anyone got any ideas as to other outlets, bulletin boards, chatrooms or forums where i might be able to publicize my work and hopefully solicit one or two reviews I can post on my book's Amazon page?
Won't mention the name of the book I've written in case my doing so contravenes this board's guidelines and results in my post getting yanked
