I was in Hong Kong for new year and i got talking to the owner of a bar, we where talking about the large EX Pat community, and the need for good quality craftsmen so i thought i would like to give it a try, And i think i have had enough of the UK.

Reconnoiter I agree;

"Plumbers and electricians in Hong Kong are useless expensive and always unreliable, that is a guarantee a norm".

Just leave out the Hong Kong bit, its the same everywhere especially in UK
