Accepting another contract while changing of sponsorship

Hi Guys,

Hope someone can guide on this.

I have situation where I've signed a contract with a new employer and they're about to start my change of sponsor process. Can I accept any other offer during this process? What will be consequences if I go about accepting another offer while change of sponsor is already in process.
