Hi,
I am from Australia and been living in HK on a Holiday/work visa since April 08. I recently started my own business and need to submit a business visa by end of feb.
I have heard immigration are very particular about visa's so i want to fill it out correctly the first time round.
I was looking at maybe getting someone to complete the forms and submit it on my behalf.
I'm not to good at things like this so i want to avoid fluffing around.
Is there a company that does that sort of stuff?

To get approved you need to show evidence of ongoing business (contracts, receipts,etc) and a business plan that includes hiring 3 people sometime in the next year or so. I just went through the process.
We utilised InvestHK, they are a government department, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I can't recommend their services high enough.
If you are investing in HK by setting up business here then you are more than likely to meet their criteria, give them a call.
