Hi,I have a new Hong Kong based company and want hire some Chinese mainland employee.I'd like to know if there any qualify of my company? Like" The company income should above ＊＊＊HKD/month"? or other qualifications?
Anyone knows about this? Please help.

Hi I'm from mainland China and as far as I know, if you are qualified to hire the local people, you are qualified to hire mainlanders too. In fact you should make sure your future employees have the right to work in HK before you make your hiring decision. For most of the mainland graduates in HK, our visa type is called "IANG" which requires the employee to provide some documents for visa renewal in the second year after graduation, so when you interview a mainland candidate, ask s/he if s/he hold a vaild IANG visa and whether they need the company help renew the IANG visa in order to legally work in HK. Hope this helps.
