Mandarin-speaking job for an expat - best ways to find it?

Recently I've moved to HK, and despite the fact that demand in Mandarin-speaking employees is constantly growing, I still consider it hard to find a Mandarin-speaking job for an expat. Briefly describing my background, I've been living in South China for 6 years, I have a BA degree in Business Mandarin(Xiamen university), my work experience includes international business, interpretation(English, Mandarin, Russian languages), hospitality and investment.
Recently applying for jobs on platforms like JobsDB, I've realized that companies are looking for local HK Mandarin speakers, not expats.
Thus I'm about to ask dear AsiaExpat members for an advice: which job platform, HR consultancy and/or networking events should I consider to get a progress in my career development?
