Hi

If you need a job in Kindergarten school in Hk then you need to have a recognized degree in education, a Qualified Kindergarten Teachers Certificate which must be recognized by the education bureau of HK. Its not so easy to get a job in kindergarten unless you possess these certs or degree. Hope this helped.

thanks for your suggestion.if i get online montessory diploma ？one of my friend told me about thise diploma. its international recognized.it wil consider in hk?
