Does anyone know if you can apply for the QMAS when already residing in HK? I have been here five years on an employment visa, which is still valid, but would be interested to know if I can try to "transfer" to a QMAS. The wording on the Imm Dept website is ambiguous about this - I get the sense it's just for people who don't already live in HK? Would love to know if anyone knows! Cheers.
