Skin cancer Mohs treatment

Anybody had a skin cancer removed in HK?
I had some cut out and the Australian doctors were pretty unimpressed with the scarring of from the incision and the piece of skin removed to cover the incision.

The Australian skin doctor recommended a process called Mohs. Anybody had that in HK or can provide more HK related info?
