323, losing weight in too short a time isn't "healthy", sometimes can be harmful.

If you are interested drop me a message.

For weight loss, six months is a short time, three months is a VERY short time. Its more to do with what you DON"T put in your mouth rather than what you do.

Hey 323

Duromine has been discontinued in the UK if I am not wrong.

It works mainly as an appetite suppressant and hence helps mainly to curb your caloric intake.

My experiences with it has shown its effectiveness mainly in the first 2 months . Coupled with exercise and good dietary management, I would say you could 5-10% BW in 2 months (albeit I don't recommend you lose more than 2 kg a month).

But still, use with caution. Its famous for insomnia and increased irritability, palpitations and anxiety attacks..

Hope this helps..

It does have side effects and should not be taken without medical supervision.

Hi, I did try taking medicine to loss weight before. I could take the medicine bc my ex was doctor. It's actually quite bad experience. Cos the medicine caused depression, fast heart bit. I did lose like 6 or 8lbs within a week...but my body went so weak. That's why I stoped. Please think about it before you chosing this method to lose weight.

Regards,

Loveduckie
