sinusitis -allergic

Can anyone tell me where I can get medication for my sinusitis in Shanghai? It's quite severe - eyes, nose, ears, chest. I don't speak mandarin so need a pharmacy / clinic that speaks english. thanks kay

I have been using australian medications -sinutab, claryntine,zyrtec - but have run out - came very under prepared!also need some kind of nasal spray I'd say.
