Looking for a Good Family Doctor

I'm looking for a good family doctor who can deal with general health complaints and specifically with a really bad chest cold that doesn't seem to be resolving and has gone on for two weeks. I would like to find someone in Tsuen Wan preferably but Kowloon or Hong Kong Island would be o.k. I think I would also like to find an ex-pat doctor. Any suggestions?

I used to live in Tsuen Wan. I have moved but I still return there to see these two doctors. Both are Indian Doctor who can only speak English.
