Tooth implants

I broke my two front teeth when I was a kid and naturally these two teeth are extremely brittle.

Unfortunately I took a hit to the face playing sport and believe I may have broken one or both teeth. If so I know I will need to have tooth implants.


1) Where can I go to a dentist/specialist to get xrays and a diagnosis which is reliable and doesn't cost thousands?


2) Any recommendation of a specialist in tooth implants - again, I won't be able to pay HK prices; I hear it could be $10000-30000.


3) Has anyone tried Prince Philip dental hospital? Their fees seem to be reasonable.

Thanks for your replies. Also forgot to mention I am in HK so would need dental care in HK.
