help for Sudeck Syndrome

My friend has recently been diagnosed with Sudeck Syndrome (right wrist). Does anybody know a physiotherapist in Hong Kong who is familiar with it and can help her?

Known one in Shatin, a female physiotherapist. Other one in TaiKooShing, a male physiotherapist.

The location would not really matter, she lives in Central but is traveling a lot. It is just important that the therapist is familiar with Sudeck - otherwise a lot more damage could be done.
