If your being charged 30k for your implants you need to consider looking outside of Hong Kong. Maple Healthcare Dental Clinic in Ho Chi Minh City is a good choice. Very high standards (Canadian clinic). Dr. Andrew Tsang (Canadian dentist)is a great dentist with lots of implant experience. The total cost for an implant and crown is about 1500 USD.

I had a tooth fixed last time I was in Saigon at Maple Healthcare. Top notch service and equipment and a fraction of the cost of HK... I noticed on their site that they are the dentist of choice for the staff of many MNC's and that the US Embassy staff use them.

last year I went around trying to find somebody who could replace my front tooth with implant and it was pretty frustrating here. Many opinions,outrageous prices and then my neighbour reccomended dr. Judith Diestel in central, i think the building is melbourne plaza. Got it fixed for around 20,000 and could talk to them and get my queries answered.
