To start with Email Bumrungard and get their recomendation. The Director of the International Division is Dr Peter Morley (pmorley@bumrungrad.com) he is an Aussie and like most Aussies is a straight up, no nonsense guy. He will give you the list of Doctors who specialize in this surgery and also give you good estimate of the cost. I had a hip done at BH and was very happy with the care and the result.

There is always scarring after an operation. It is not so much to do with the surgeon and the care he/she takes as much as how YOU heal.

The TT really helps to change your SHAPE but a one piece bathing suit rather than a two piece may be preferred

thks again for your kind sharing.

so am i right to say there isn't any type of scar repair that is able to help to improve the scar if in case her healing is not as good as others. btw says price aside, would you recommend or is it worth going there for plastic surgery in terms of their skill?(sorry i know is very subjective).very sorry for having so many question and really appreciate your willingness in sharing.

I agree with pumpkin. If a patient hasa history of severe scarring after surgery, then steps can be taken to slow their 'Overhealing" tendency. Steroids can be injected into the scar site a few days after the op. BUT you have to be realisic--when you have an operation there will be a scar. On the other hand your overall appearnce is much improved, the tummy will be much less 'bulgy' and the view from the side will be hugely improved.

Hi, please excuse my ignorance, but why would one need a Tummy Tuck/Abdiminoplasty?

is because she has some loose skin.
