I have one white pimple like bump on my vagina. I am not sure if this is some type of STD or if it could be harmless. The last time I had sex was 2 months ago with a stranger (believe me I am regretful), but we used a condom. Could it have been from that long ago? Or could it be caused by the heat/humidity?
Can anyone recommend a doctor I can go to? I'm not sure if I should go to a GP or gynacologist and am new to HK so need a recommendation of good docs. Thanks

Good advice above. This is probably technically wwhat is called the vulva the outside part of your vagina and this is essentially SKIN, so itgets all thye things that skin anywhere gets and litle white pimples is one of them. The blocked follicle is almost certainly the answer.

It is like a big zit (the type you get on your face). It looks squeezable, but I think I would prefer to put my mind at rest so will leave it to be examined
Thank you pumpkin - thats perfect, I'll drop into the clinic today. Definitely do not want to spend too much $$.

Sorry leda I don't think you need to worry I once had an allergic reaction to sea food and I had hives everywhere even there and I was frantic, but all was well and they went away. Pumpkin : Can you give the address or contact details of this clinic? I'm not working at the moment and my doctor is soo expensive I would love to be able to go to this walk in clinic, I've been here for years and I didn't know about it.I paid 2000 dollars for a gyno check up last year but then I was able to get back 80% now it's out of pocket. Thanks and don't worry Leda

Sounds like a cyst (Bartholins' cyst) - get it checked, but sounds like a small problem

I wouldn’t worry re STD. Firstly, you wisely used condoms, the best protection possible against most if not all STD’s, and secondly, STD’s may cause discharge, discomfort as if you have a bladder infection, or no symptoms at all. A lump as you describe may be a vaginal or sebaceous cyst.
Probably best to show a GP or gynaecologist.
