yeah, u better to see chinese doctor, not assuming what fit you.
if u in central, i can tell you where is the good honest chinese doctor. anyway, go to Health Works shop at MTR station. they are grade A stuff. or even in Central MTR, inside has a chinese doctor, he can check up for free. I alway goes there to increase my immune system.

The best ginseng I had was purchased in HK, you don't have to worry about the "hot" and "cold" effects as the "processing" is done at a low temperature and all the ginsengs are at least 6 years old. Costs about HK$1500 - $1600 (if I remember correctly) for a jar but it last a long time and you don't have to cook it. All you have to do is to mix the Ginseng powder with with cold or warm water, and it will definitely strengthen your immune system.
Many of my Aust. friends and families are buying it from HK. I highly recommend it, try it and you'll know it.
