I don't know what my problem is, exactly. Probably mild depression and anxiety. But I need to start seeing someone about it and can't find any information on mental health resources for foreigners in Beijing.
Obviously not a city that caters to neurotics....
Anyone seeing a good psychologist or psychiatrist or anything here? Big thanks for any help.
