Last year in August, I suffered from dysentery in China. I received treatment at the time and it seemed to work for a while. Since that time I have had on and off recurring bouts of diarrhea and or stomach cramps.
This has heightened since the weather has become warmer. I am currently on a bout of extreme diarrhea that has lasted for 3 days and is showing no sign of letting up.
I usually eat at a small Chinese restaurant, and it could be possible that I am being poisoned here. However the Chinese people who eat there always seem to be fine.
Is there anything you recommend I do to alleviate this embarrassing condition. Could it be dietary related?
Thank you for any assistance.

Suggest you consult a doctor, it may be the food but you should get it treated and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.

You could go for a naet practitioner in USA or Hong Kong.
If you do in HK, check out this web site

One of the causes of the type of problem you desribe is GIARDIA infection. This parasite lives in your gut and causes D'rrea, very offensive gas and cramps. The diagnosos is froma stool specimen. The treatment is very effective. In which city are you?
