You probably need laser for that. They most likely use the same laser used for veins in some people with dark eye circles. It is somewhat painful so they will put local anaesthetic cream on the spot which takes almost as hour to dull the sensation in that area.

You want to see a dermatologist and not a beautician for that as (depending on the size of the spider veins) you might need to use something other than an IPL laser.

Dr Tinny Ho's laser model is too dangereous and is banned but she still use it (I know because I'am one of her nurse and she still keep on asking us to use this)Try Dr Ku from QHMS.
