Will someone who will receive cancer treatment in New Zealand be able to leave shortly after and have follow up treatment and examinations in Shanghai?

The treatment is:

"transperineal brachytherapy seed implant of the prostate"

Or is it the kind of thing where he should stay with the original doctor for a few months afterwards?
