Can any one dvise me as to where I can get a check up for any possible STD as I want to be safe rather than sorry.

the government has a cheaper alternative in Wan Chai, but not sure of the address.

Thanks, any suggestions how I can find the address without wondering the streets of Wan Chai, that's what got me into trouble and need this kind of service!! Yes I did use a condom but!!!

Quality Healthcare in Causeway Bay does it. You don't need an appointment either. They are in the Hang Lung Centre I think. Most local clinics can do it and if they can't they can refer you to a medical lab that will do the tests. Be warned though its not cheap.

well it depends what you are getting tested for. i got checked for all the major ones (i thought it might be a good idea to be safe) and it cost about $1600

I just want to get checked for HIV as I am so afraid of this one more than others

sorry but don't know how much that is by itself. but it's definitly going to be less than what i paid as i got tested for about 5 things (it was some kind of package) but HIV does have a waiting period before it will show up on tests. i'm not sure how long it is though. but just go along and see the doctor and they'll be able to let you know what you should do.
