Am determined to give up smoking.Am on my way by cutting down and am trying patches but need some extra help. Have some friends in Singapore who swear by hypnotherapy. Does anyone know a hypnotherapist in HK?

I tried Hypnotherapy and it helped me quit. Then I returned to HK after about 2 years of non-smoking and started up again... Can happily say I am now a non-smoker after trying accupuncture. I guess it's all mind of matter...

It's all mind over matter... After having discomforting back pain in my upper right back side... I just gone cold turkey on Nov 5, 2006 and didn't have a cig since then... And now, a smell of smoke seemed to have a bothering affect on me. So I guess it is just like anything else in life, your future is what you make it to be...

No matter is regarding quit smoking or not, Hynotherapy as a whole does work. You can go for Dr. Kitty Sak, who is professional, reliable and result oriented. Her web site is www.hypnosis-hk.com and her number is 28829868.

I highly recommended IQS HK which is located in Central. They used a pain-free electrical stimulation in the ear. I have quit smoking for one month after 2 treatments. The website is www.iqshongkong.com and tel is 2869-0055. Check it out.

I've tried 3 hypnotherapists, one westerner, and two Chinese. In terms of what I got out of it, Dr. Kitty Sak is the best. I've probably gotten used to the Chinese accent after living in Hong Kong for over 5 years!

the only good doctor will be yourself, if you have a strong will - nothing is impossible.

I used to smoke but when I decided to stop I did.

My mind tells me that if I smoke I will have that nasty smell on my body and that alone makes me not to. Aside from the fact that smoking is like burning your money and lungs. Good luck to you and hopefully you will realize that smoking is a very nasty habit.
