Has anyone in HK found a key to pain relief from this condition? I am in my mid 30s and have tried chiropractors, pyhsios and my GP and all have failed to give me great pain relief. Perhaps you know a secret???

You could try charity chu who is both the physiotherapist and acupuncture Doctor, she uses manual therapy (non physio approach ) to deal with back pain and DDD.
