There is a condition called alopecia. It comes in different forms and severity. One of which is a progressive and at times even complete lost of all body hair. It usually starts from the scalp and move downward. Severe cases are called alopecia totalis. They are related to stress.

Other people lost hair because of iron deficiency anaemia (need to be pretty bad to get it). You need to talk to your doctor to have it figure out. Meanwhile, while it does sound silly, relax.
