It looks like you were investigated for anaemia. Elliptocytosis describes the shape of red blood cells: elliptic. This is mostly an inherited condition. Usually such elliptic cells function just fine (ie transport oxygen in your blood) occasionally they break down prematurely.
If this is a new diagnosis for you, it is best to d/w a specialist or pass all of your results to your GP to discuss. (Correlation with liver functions and other markers is important)
