I used it while pregnant and stretch marks were minimal

try Watsons, they do have some reasonable products. On the other Marks & Spencer has them too but a little pricey.

I don't think shea butter alone will help treat eczema. If you don't want to use anything with medication and would like to go with natural products, you need to find a natural cream that contains at least wheat germ oil or sweet almond oil. They are especially good for eczema.

check with a dermatologist too. Eczema is sometimes a symptom of a bigger problem. Like an allergy. My son has had eczema for like a year until a dermatologist did the "skin test" and we found out he was allergic to certain things. When we took those things out of his diet, the eczema never returned. No creams at all.

Yes, eczema and allergies are different. But in my son's case, eczema was the result of his allergies. He took the "skin test" in HK (where they apply 50+ allergens on the back) and observe skin's reaction. Turns out he's allergic to pork, shrimp, cod fish, soya, nuts among other things. When we took those out, his eczema vanished.
