A few months ago, I started getting knees and wrist. Whenever I squat and get up, there's 4 popping noises and after typing for an hour my wrist would lock and I have to click it before it feels normal again.

I started taking cod liver oil, calcium etc.. no improvement, apart from getting spotty.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

is 35 old?

Maybe old enough to get stiff bones but still young enough to get spots.

Usually this is NOT a sign of arthritis or joint problems (ie calcium cod liver oil are unhelpfull) but just a mechanical problem of clicking ligaments and bands. If the wrist ‘locks’ could be a sign of RSI. Reviewing the wrist position and overall how you work may prevent this problem.

If locking persists, best to see an orthopaedic specialist.
