HK Medical insurance for family

Hi, we are here in HK visiting for 3 months possibly longer and want to get medical insurance for HK/China,we are not sure if medical or travel would be better? We donot have HK ID cards only visitors visas.

What would people suggest? Two healthy adult + 19 month old healthy boy. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
