Shabby, have u considered or heard of Restylane injections? It's supposed to be temporary, natural-looking and have hardly any side effects. Google has plenty of info about Restylane. =)

sorry Shabby, when you mentioned "rhinoplasty" I assumed you wanted a higher nosebridge! =P I guess Restylane won't help then!
