a foreign doctor wants to work in Shanghai!!!

Hello all,

i have a friend who is a doctor in internal medicine,has license for NY/NJ/IL.now he works in a hospital in NY as a hospitalist.

now he wants to move to live in Shanghai.but i have no clue to provide him more detailed information,i just know about WorldLink here.

would you please give me any information which you know about the foreign doctor working in Shanghai,eg,salary,related processing step,and how could find a job and so on.
